Made from hand-picked Mendoza Chardonnay grapes,
this wine was fermented using French oak barriques for 1 year and
underwent partial malolactic fermentation with
ageing on lees.
This wine has produced an attractive
smoothness of ripe fruit flavours of citrus and peach.
This delicate wine will continue to improve.
EARLS Chenin Blanc
This barrel fermented wine was made from grapes picked from
Alistair and Karen Noake's vineyard, which lies on the river banks
of the Dartmoor Valley in Hawkes Bay.
This barrel fermented wine has delicate lime and
citrus fruit flavours complemented by the subtle use of French oak.
A special wine with luscious creamy texture, the fruits
will develop complexities with age.
EARLS Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine was fermented using French Oak barriques
and underwent partial malolactic fermentation and
aging on lees.
Sweet ripe berry fruit from low yielding vines was
singled out to produce this red wine with intense fruit flavours
that are beautifully integrated with rich French oak and subtle tannins.
EARLS Pinot Noir (Sold Out)
This Pinot Noir exhibits sweet plum and ripe berry
fruit flavours.
These refined flavours and smooth tannins make it an approachable
pleasant drinking wine which was matured in French oak.
It is an ideal wine to be enjoyed on their own as "wine of meditation"
a favourite Italian term for wines of this complexity.
