LANDMARK ESTATE Chardonnay - Gisborne
|
Ripe fruit flavours of peaches, melon and hints of
butterscotch abound on palate of this wine.
It was underscored within American and French barriques to give the
longlasting impressions of the fruits and hints of toasty oak.
The wine underwent a malolactic fermentation that
gives the palate a creamy texture.
This is an elegant, yet full bodied wine with good
length making it excellent on its own or matched
with strong foods.

These characters follow through onto the palate, which is full

This is a well balanced wine, enjoyable on its
own, and a pleasant accompaniment particularly for
shellfish and white meats.
