This gentle easy drinking Gisborne wine has light cherry
and plum fruit flavours characters typical of Merlot -
soft warm palate and lingering finish.
The palate also exhibits good concentration and
remarkable complexity with fine grained tannins.
LANDMARK ESTATE Cabernet Sauvignon
Selected fruits were crushed and then fermented using
Bordeaux yeast.
The wine was left in contact for a period with the skins before
being pressed and aged in oak barriques.
Deep red brick in colour, this is a smooth full
bodied wine of ripe berry fruit and minty flavours with
overtones of vanilla.
This wine can be best served with red meats, red sauces, pasta or cheeses.
